Make a calendar QR code.
One scan then event saved.

Put the code on an invitation, a poster or a sign. Guests scan it with their camera and the event lands in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.

Make your QR code

Add a title, a date and a time to see your code.

Shorter descriptions make a code that prints clearly at 3 cm.

Codes you’d actually put on the invite.

Most generators hand you a black square and leave you to it. This one gives you control over how the code looks, and tells you whether it will still scan.

Three module styles

Rounded, square or dots, with matching finder eyes. Error correction stays intact in every style.

Any ink colour, checked

Brand colours with a live contrast check, so a pale code never reaches the printer.

Logo in the centre

Drop in a PNG or SVG. It is sized to stay inside the error-correction budget, so it still scans.

Print-ready exports

PNG at the exact size and resolution, true vector SVG, or a PDF with the quiet zone built in.

Reminders and repeats

A reminder the day before, a weekly class, a monthly meetup. Written into the event, not bolted on.

Time zone aware

Your zone is embedded in the event, so someone scanning abroad sees the correct local time.

How it works

The code holds a standard calendar event, the same format email invites use. Nothing to install, nothing to host.

  1. 01

    Enter the event

Title, date, time, place. Add a reminder or make it repeat.

  2. 02

    Style and download

Pick a style and ink colour, add a logo, export PNG, SVG or PDF.

  3. 03

    Guests scan and save

Phone camera, one tap, event saved with the right time zone.

Guides and tools

Each guide opens the generator with the right settings and shows what guests will see on their phone.

Questions

Not answered here? Write to us.

Do guests need an app?
No. The camera on iPhone and Android reads the code and offers to save the event.
Is it free?
Yes. No account, no scan limit, no expiry. The event lives inside the code, not on our servers, so there is nothing to switch off.
How big should I print it?
At least 3 cm square for arm’s-length scans, bigger for posters. The meter under the preview tells you when a code is getting too dense.
Do you store my event?
No. The code is generated in your browser. Nothing is sent to us unless you share the code yourself.
Can one code hold several events?
Not reliably: some Android phones only save the first. Make one code per event, or use the add-to-calendar links tool for a file with all of them.

Put your next event in their calendar.
